If you are a group of max 12-18 pax, looking for 6 rooms, not looking for a commercial Hotel or Resort but a private getaway,  at an offbeat, quite and secluded place, away from the hustle bustle of the towns, an experiential retreat, in the wilderness, with professional services, hospitality and hygiene, we have curated Homfortable Loshgyani (The Estate).

This is a two acre Estate on top of a mountain ridge, surrounded by dense deodar and oak forest from all sides, with 360 degree views, on the norther side one gets a panoramic view of the Kumaon Himalayas (level of visibility depends on weather conditions). The Estate has 6 rooms, a two floor dining and lounge with an open deck overlooking the Himalayas and Amlora Valley, ample amount of outdoor seating, lounging and dining spaces, a team of 7 professionals (Chefs, stewards and experience curators) taking care of your needs, Wi-Fi enabled, 24 hour running hot water, power back up, multiple trails, hikes and orchards in the vicinity.

The Estate has a rustic charm in it with all structures made of locally sourced materials (Mud, Stone and Wood), in pahadi style fused with contemporary furnishings, bath fittings etc to provide a homelike comfort. The structure uses mud to bind the stones together and the technique is called “mitti chinai”. The interior walls of the cottage are mud plastered traditionally called “mitti lipai” to retain natural warmth. The entire space is a breathing structure due to the usage of natural materials only. The landscape the the property is rustic where nature is allowed to take natural course every season and treat the residents with different shades and beautiful visuals throughout the year.
